Meals (table d’hôte)
In order to maintain the traditional flavour and ambiance , we offer home-style meals (table d'hôte).
A large dining room with a wood-burning ceramic stove creates a warm, cosy atmosphere.
A bar is also open for guests.
Table d’hôte meals, on reservation,
French, local and vegetarian cooking: 35 CHF and 25 CHF children under twelve years old.
Regional specialties:
- cheese fondue Les Diablerets
- cheese raclette (Swiss speciality), smoked ham and dried meats
- tartiflette (potatoes, bacon and cheese dish)
- vegetables from the hotel vegetable garden
