Reservation conditions

Confirmations :

 

Your reservation will confirmed once we have received your credit card information, the number and expiration date. Your confidentiality is guaranteed.

Cancellation conditions :

Cancellations are accepted 4 days before the date of your reservation.
This delay passed, the cancellation penalty is equal to the amount of the 1st night.

Special conditions :

During the Christmas and New Year's season as well as the February vacation period, the hotel takes a minimum of 5 night reservations.

Cancellations are till possible 2 weeks before your arrival date, otherwise the penalty of 50% of the total reservation rate will be charged.
